Assisted Listening

Being Changed by God to Reach All People means removing barriers wherever we can. Assisted listening allows you to receive the service audio directly through your Bluetooth hearing aids, earbuds, or headphones.

STEP 1: Download the app.
Download Sennheiser MobileConnect.

STEP 2: Join the assisted listening wi-fi.

1. Open Settings → Wi-Fi
   Connect to:

2. Network: Assisted Listening
   Password: _______

3. Stay connected to this Wi-Fi.

STEP 3: Open the app.

1. Open the MobileConnect app.

2. Connect to “Grove Worship Services.”

STEP 4: Listen through your hearing aids.
Your audio will now stream to…

• Bluetooth hearing aids

• AirPods / earbuds

• Headphones

Adjust volume inside the app.

If you don’t hear anything, try this quick fix:

For iPhones…

1. Open Control Center.

2. Tap AirPlay icon.

3. Select your hearing aids.

For Androids…
Make sure your hearing aids or earbuds are connected in Bluetooth settings.

• You can mix room sound and streamed audio.
