Wedding Fees
Non-refundable Deposit: $200
A non-refundable deposit must be provided for your date to be secured on the Master Calendar and the balance of church charges made one week prior to the wedding. Please note the following guidelines that are required below under the heading, “Engaged Couples Letter.”
Use of Facility
Worship Center Chapel / Chapel Kitchen C-100 C-200 Courtyard (Standard Set up) Courtyard (Custom Set up)
Included in the above fee: ceremony coordinator, sound technician for the wedding ceremony, selected room(s) plus Bride’s Room, Groom’s Room, and basic room set up. Decorations are the responsibility of the wedding party.
Note: There are no Saturday afternoon or evening wedding times available; no alcoholic beverages, confetti or glitter permitted.
Pastor: $200 (suggested fee)
Florists and Decorators: Need to be personally contracted by you. No nails or tape allowed on any walls or furniture.
Musicians: Need to be personally contracted by you. Songs need to be approved by presiding pastor. Receptions: Reception hostess provided in room fee. Minimal sound technician help provided. (1) hour of microphone and background music. A D.J., with their own equipment, must be contracted by wedding party for more extensive sound needs.

Engaged Couples Letter
Dear Engaged Couple,
Thank you for considering The Grove Community Church for one of the most important events in your life. We are pleased to walk with you as you prepare for your wedding; however, before we move forward you need to know we are pastors and not justices of the peace so our requirements for your wedding will follow Biblical guidelines.
Because of the Bible’s stance on pre-marital sex, you as a couple must commit to sexual abstinence until your wedding day.
Also, because the Bible has clearly stated that a Christian should not marry someone who is not a believer, we cannot marry couples who do not share a common belief.
Finally, because you desire to be married in the church or by a pastor, your ceremony will necessarily have a Godly basis.
In addition to the above guidelines we require that all couples go through pre-marital classes and counseling. We want to make your wedding day as perfect as you have dreamed; however, we also hope to prepare you for a life of happiness and commitment after the excitement of the day.
We hope that after agreeing to the above you will still want to be married by a pastor of The Grove. Please read our Wedding Guide and after reviewing it submit your completed Wedding Request Form. We will arrange a pastor for you if you do not personally have a preference. After paying your deposit and signing up for the pre-marital counseling classes we will reserve your wedding date on the church calendar. You will then be well on your way to celebrating your wedding day here at The Grove.
